From the Bread Machine Book. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Imagine this with a spicy tomato soup! Yum. Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk |
2/3 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 eggs |
2 tablespoons butter |
3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2/3 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
3 tablespoons powdered milk |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions. 2. Add celery during the add in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading. |
