Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut 1 tomato in half. Working over a large bowl,
  2. Shred both halves using the large holes on a box grater. Discard the skin.
  3. Add mayonnaise, chives (or scallion greens),
  4. Vinegar, garlic powder and pepper;
  5. Whisk to combine.
  6. Chop the remaining 3 tomatoes.
  7. Add the tomatoes, romaine and croutons to the bowl with the dressing; toss to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with bacon.
