Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt cream cheese and butter using a double boiler.
  2. Saute shrimp, onions, celery, and pepper in 2 tablespoons butter.
  3. Add to cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add soup, seasonings, crabmeat, and rice.
  5. Mix well and place in a 2 quart casserole.
  6. Top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
