Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan the pour into mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in granulated sugar, vanilla, almond extract, salt and pepper.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time then fold in cake flour then add chocolate chips and mix again.
  4. Pour into rectangular baking pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking oil.
  5. Bake in lower third of 300 oven for 45 minutes.
  6. While still warm turn brownies out on rack.
  7. Place a cutting board on top and turn brownies over again.
  8. Cut into squares with a thin knife and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
