Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of shortening
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
