Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare 2 large loaf pans with non-stick spray
  3. Whisk together the dry ingredients including 3/4 cups sugar, set aside.
  4. Cream butter and remaining sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add the vanilla and the egg whites.
  6. In a separate bowl combine bananas, apple sauce and yogurt.
  7. Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and beat together.
  8. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients.
  9. Pour into the prepared pans.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top springs back or a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
  11. Remove the breads from the pans and let cool or eat while warm.
