Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 (12 oz) bottle beer, at room temperature ,use whatever beer you like

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients untill well blended.
  2. Pour into a greased loaf pan, smooth with the back of a wet spoon.
  3. Bake for 40-45 min at 350.
