Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 ml flour
  • 250 ml sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes- NO LONGER.
  3. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 40 – 55 minutes.
