Basil Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped mint
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Blend basil, mint , ginger to a smooth paste.
  2. Add this puree to 3 cups water boil for 8 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea and mix honey to it.
  4. Drink it when still hot.
