Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 9 -10 oz warm water
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast (1 packet, i use fleischmans)

Directions:

  1. Put the ingredients in your ABM in the order your manufacturer recommends.
  2. Dont use the rapid rise cycle on your machine as a longer, slower rise helps develop the flavor.
  3. I use this for rolls or for loaves.
  4. Enjoy.
