Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Trim fat from brisket.
  3. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with Pam and place brisket in dish.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and stir to blend. Pour over brisket.
  5. Bake, uncovered 1 hour 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour 45 minutes more hours.
  7. When finished, slice brisket with a diagonal cut. Pour the liquid into a food processor or a blender to make for a nice smooth barbecue sauce. Pour this over brisket and serve.
