Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cream the sugar with the butter until it is a light yellow color. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy. Add the banana, papaya, macadamia nuts and raisins, and mix. Sift the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger. Add to the banana papaya mixture. Fill lined muffin pans 3/4 full and bake for 25 minutes.
