Ingredients:

  • 7 tbsp milk , 1 dl
  • 9 3/4 tbsp water , 1.5 dl
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp strawberries , or_other_berries
  • 7 tbsp oatmeal , 1 dl
  • 1/5 tsp ginger , ground_or_fresh

Directions:

  1. Mix all in mixer.
  2. Berries can be frozen.
  3. Add soyflour if you want to.
  4. I prefer blueberries
