Breakfast smoothie Berries & banana Vary ingredients by taste Ingredients:
7 tbsp milk, 1 dl |
9 3/4 tbsp water, 1.5 dl |
2 tbsp yoghurt |
1 banana |
3 tbsp strawberries, or_other_berries |
1 tsp flaxseed oil |
7 tbsp oatmeal, 1 dl |
1/5 tsp cardamom, ground |
1/5 tsp ginger, ground_or_fresh |
Directions:
1. Mix all in mixer. 2. Berries can be frozen. 3. Add soyflour if you want to. 4. I prefer blueberries |
