Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Mix the cracker crumbs with the melted butter.
  4. Roll scallops in crumb mixture until coverd.
  5. Place the scallops in a baking pan or dish.
  6. Sprinkle the scallops with the cheese, salt& pepper.
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
