Baked Peanut Butter Alpen Balls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 150C.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly with your hands (really, only your hands will do- it's very difficult to get everything incorporated using a spoon).
  4. Scoop out a dollop and shape into a rough ball.
  5. Drop directly onto a foil lined pan (no need to grease the foil).
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
