Ingredients:

  • 3 large apples
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Core apples. put in pan. pour orange juice on top. sprinkle cinnamon.
  2. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. baste.
