Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat bacon in soup pot on med/high heat for 5 mins.
  2. Add onion and carrots to soften.
  3. When bacon fat starts to golden add stock, lentils and chicken.
  4. Leave to simmer for 10min, do not stir.
  5. Sift the scum with spoon if need be then allow to cool before blending.
  6. Bring back to the heat, add salt and pepper to taste.
