Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roll water chestnuts in brown sugar, packing sugar.
  2. Roll water chestnut into half slice of bacon, roll in brown sugar again, packing as much sugar as possible.
  3. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. Bake in a shallow pan at 300 degrees for 2 hours or until sugar caramelizes.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm.
