Ingredients:

  • 2 cups firmly packed baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Enjoy with hot pasta, salads or as a spread for sandwiches.
