  1. Bake empty frozen pie crust for about 10 minutes. Then set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine avocado, lemon juice, and condensed milk.
  3. Blend well and pour into pie crust.
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
