Aunt Roxie's Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake at 425 for 15 minute Then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 to 50 minutes longer, until done.
