Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar (haven'tsp tried the splenda on this yet!)
  • 1/4 cup lard or 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 12 inches or more; cut circles with coffee pot lid dipped in flour.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
  3. Yield amount I'm guessing!
