Applesauce Tea Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups white flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and add the applesauce, then the egg and milk.
  2. Pour into nonstick loaf pan and bake at 350F for 50 min.
  3. Remove and cool.
