Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp shortening

Directions:

  1. Sift flour , sugar ,baking powder ,salt and ciinamon.
  2. Beat the egg.
  3. Add to the applesauce and milk.
  4. And melted shortening
  5. Mix together and dro0p by teaspoons into 375 degree oil.
  6. Fry until brown.
