Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9 round springform pan.
  3. Cream together butter,sugar and egg until fluffy. add in flour,baking powder,salt,cinnamon,nutmeg.
  4. Press 3/4 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan,it will be thin.
  5. Toss apples with sugar,cornstarch lemon juice,butter,cream and cinnamon.
  6. Layer over dough.
  7. For the topping add 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons sugar to the remaining dough to make it crumbly. sprinkle on top of appples. bake for 1 hour or until topping in a pale golden color.
