Directions:

  1. Slice 5 of the apples and puree in a food blender or food processor.
  2. Chop the sixth apple finely.
  3. Combine all and whisk together until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour into a 1 quart electric ice cream maker.
  5. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
