Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb rhubarb , 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine fruits, sugar flour & vanilla in a bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Turn into an 8 x 8 glass baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle topping mix over fruit.
  5. Bake about 45 minute.
  6. Cool 20 minutes.
