Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 200oc and line muffin tin with 6 patty pans
  2. Sift in flour into bowel
  3. Rub-in margarine
  4. Add sugar, bran and cinnamon and apple
  5. Crack egg into a cup and beat well, add the milk then add it to the mixture
  6. Pour mixture into 6 patty pans and cook for 15-20 minutes
