Ingredients:

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 -2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Seperate the triangles and lay side by side on a cookie sheet in 2 rows.
  2. (small side of triangle pointing away from center.) Press the edges of the big side of triangle together.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix cream cheese (softened),vanilla, and sugar.
  5. Spread down center of crescent rolls.
  6. Core and peel apples.
  7. Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
  8. Place on cream cheese mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  10. Take thin sides of crescent rolls and lay them crisscrossed over the apples.
  11. They should form a row of x's down center.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
