Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Combine the first four ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Peel and slice apples.
  4. Place apples in a 8 X 8 baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
  6. Combine oats, brown sugar and flour and sprinkle over the apples.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the apple mixture.
  8. Bake for 30mins.
  9. At 400 F.
  10. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
