Ingredients:

  • 500 ml cream cheese (approx . 1 block)
  • 2 -6 tbsp brown sugar (to taste)
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup caramel
  • 1/2 cup skor english toffee bit (or 2 skor candy bars)

Directions:

  1. Cream together cream cheese and brown sugar, adding brown sugar to taste.
  2. Spread cream cheese mix on a plate.
  3. Spread caramel on the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Crush skor bars.
  5. Sprinke skor bars or chips over caramel.
  6. Chop up apples, dip and enjoy.
