Ingredients:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar , 1/2 cup
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g almonds, sliced , i just sprinkled some over
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix 1st layer together.
  2. Chill 1 hour.
  3. For 2nd layer cook apples in sugar water for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out dough.
  5. Put in spring form pan.
  6. Arrange apple slices in discs really in bottom.
  7. Put on sugar then cinnamon.
  8. Then almonds lastly cream.
  9. Bake at 180degrees c for 60 minutes about 350 degrees. for 35 minutes in 9 x13 cake pan.
