Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick margerine
  • 2 or three over ripe bannanas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • walnuts optional - i have never used them...

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together by HAND>>>
  2. Pour into a greased baking pan (a 9X13 should do)
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
