Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Boil squash till soft
  3. In large bowl, mash squash. mix in mayo, onion, egg, sugar,salt and pepper. pour into 2 qt baking dish.
  4. Mix crackers, parmesan cheese and butter. sprinkle over squash.
  5. Bake uncovered, for 35-45 min until brown
