Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet, over medium heat, brown meat and cook onion until done.
  2. Pour off drippings.
  3. Stir in corn, 1 can tomato sauce, rice, 1/4 cup steak sauce, seasoning salt and pepper.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In seperate bowl mix 1 can tomato sauce and 1 tbsp steak sauce.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Cut tops off green pepper.
  8. Remove seeds and veins.
  9. Spoon meat mixture into peppers.
  10. Arrange in 9x9x92 inch baking pan.
  11. Cover peppers with tomato/A-1 mixture.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until green peppers are done.
  13. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before removing from oven, long enough for cheese to melt.
