3 Minute Microwave Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb powdered sugar (3 3/4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl.
  2. Place stick of margarine on top.
  3. Your margarine can come straight from the fridge.
  4. Pour milk over the top.
  5. Do not mix together !
  6. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove from micro and stir with a rubber spatula, pressing down on the lumps until well blended.
  8. Add vanilla and nuts stirring to incorporate.
  9. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  10. Cool 20 minutes.
  11. Cut into 36 squares.
