Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare stuffing as directed on box-set aside. Peel zucchini and cube. Put zucchini in boiling water until almost soft(apprx. 3mins). Drain well
  2. Layer in casserole:
  3. 1st.-zucchini
  4. 2nd-stove top
  5. 3rd-cream of mushroom soup
  6. Continue until the zucchini is used up and end with cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle on some grated parmesan cheese and bake at a 350 oven for 30 mins.
