Yogurt Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 10 1/2 oz. mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cups grapes

Directions:

  1. Get a wide bowl and layer the bottom with chopped strawberries and blueberries.
  2. Put a layer of yogurt on top of that. The thickness can vary depending on how much yogurt you want to taste.
  3. Dice the apples and layer that on top of the yogurt. Also put grapes and mandarin oranges on that layer.
  4. Add another layer of yogurt.
  5. Put diced pineapples on top of the yogurt. Putting whipped cream on top is optional, but that is not included in the nutrition label.
