Directions:

  1. Yellow Rice Casserole
  2. From Our Home to Yours
  3. Ozark First Church of the Nazarene
  4. Tablespoon Butter
  5. Egg
  6. Can Creamed Corn
  7. Oz Yellow Rice, cooked
  8. Oz block, Cheddar Cheese, grated, seperated
  9. Sleeve Ritz Crackers
  10. Can Cream of Celery soup
  11. Salt and Pepper to taste
  12. While rice cooks, grease a casserole dish and preheat oven to 350F. Mix 1/2
  13. Cup cheese and all other ingredients together. Add rice when done, and
  14. Stir well. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until casserole is done and not soupy. Add
  15. Remaining cheese to top of casserole and serve
