Directions:

  1. Saute finely chopped shallot in olive oil till translucent. Add roughly chopped sweet potato and mix. Add water and soup mix, bring to boil, turned down to simmer and add lentils and chopped pork. Simmer until lentils are cooked and sweet potato has turned to mush... season with pepper (no salt) - enjoy!
