Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 13x9 pan, I use Pam cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl mix cake mix, melted butter/margarine, brown sugar, water and egg, use a spoon.
  4. Stir in nuts, and chips.
  5. Place in prepared pan. Pat down evenly in pan.
  6. Bake at 350° for 32-36 minutes or until top is crusty and firm to touch.
  7. Cool in pan. Cut into bars.
