Watermelon Agua Fresca With Rosemary

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add chopped watermelon to blender and puree until very smooth. Pour through sieve into large bowl.
  2. Add water, sugar and citrus juice to mixture.
  3. Use an immersion blender or spoon to mix juice until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour into pitcher and add sprig of rosemary.
  5. Chill until cold.
