Uncle Ray's Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil (eov preferred)
  • 1 tbsp mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter (optional)
  • 1 lb zucchini (4-6 small)

Directions:

  1. Wash, trim zucchini and quarter length wise (cut into spears).
  2. Place in a bowl (or Ziploc bag)and add remaining ingredient.
  3. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat grill.
  5. Place spears directly on hot grill (for marking and color) turning occasionally until tender.
