Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cake using directions on the box.
  2. Pour half the batter into greased 13x9' cake pan.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. While cake is baking,melt caramels ,butter n condensed milk.
  5. Pour over baked cake, can sprinkle with chocolate chips if using.
  6. Add rest of cake mix on top, covering filling.
  7. Bake another 15 minutes.
