  2. Add the taco seasoning and water; simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the tortilla chips on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Layer with turkey, sour cream, and salsa.
  5. Sprinkle with the cheeses.
  6. Broil for a few minutes (4-5) or until cheese is melted.
