Tuna Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (2.6oz) pouch starkist tuna
  • 1 stock romaine lettuce cut in 1/2' slices (approx. 4 cups)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp newman''s caesar salad dressing

Directions:

  1. Place chopped cauliflower in a small bowl, add salad dressing and mix.
  2. Allow to marinade for 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss lettuce leaves and cauliflower mixture.
  4. Separate into two serving bowls add half of tuna to each and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Estimated 5 Weight Watcher points per serving.
