A tasty varation to a ceasar salad. Adding tuna and chopped cauliflower makes this a tasty 5 Weight-Watcher point lunch Ingredients:
1 (2.6oz) pouch starkist tuna |
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese |
1 stock romaine lettuce cut in 1/2” slices (approx. 4 cups) |
1 cup chopped cauliflower |
1 1/2 tbsp newman’s caesar salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Place chopped cauliflower in a small bowl, add salad dressing and mix. 2. Allow to marinade for 15 to 30 minutes. 3. In a large bowl, toss lettuce leaves and cauliflower mixture. 4. Separate into two serving bowls add half of tuna to each and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 5. Estimated 5 Weight Watcher points per serving. |
