Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Generously spray crock pot with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Pour into crock pot.
  4. Put folded paper towels between the top of the pot and lid to collect moisture.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Serve in a bowl with ice cream.
  7. Served warm is wonderful, but leftovers can be served cold.
  8. For diabetic, use sugar-free pudding.
