Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In medium bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  4. Stir in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda; stir this into the other mixture.
  6. Blend in oats and toffee bits.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets; flatten slightly.
  8. Bake 10-18 minutes in the preheated oven.
  9. Cookies will look dry when finished baked.
